Rent Smart Wales (RSW)
We are licensed and registered with Rent Smart Wales as required under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. This demonstrates our commitment to meeting the standards expected of letting and property management professionals operating in Wales.

Client Money Protection (CMP)
Client Money Protection provides financial protection for landlords, tenants and other clients where an agent holds client money. Membership of an approved CMP scheme is a legal requirement for letting agents in Wales.
The Property Ombudsman (TPO)
We are members of The Property Ombudsman scheme, providing our clients with access to an independent redress service should a complaint remain unresolved through our internal complaints procedure.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller and process personal information in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
Professional Indemnity Insurance & Public Liability Insurance
We maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance to provide protection in respect of professional services provided by the business.
We maintain Public Liability Insurance to provide protection against claims arising from injury to third parties or damage to property in connection with our business activities.
