Once the form is completed you will be directed to our Landlord Agency Agreement, which you need to sign in order for us to begin marketing.

This is our standard fee list, but your fees will agreed separately with one of the team.
All services and fees are tax deductible. VAT at the current rate of 20% has been INCLUDED in our fees.
